Do I need Ascend to be a patient at HITx?
No. IV therapy and most peptide treatments don’t require a membership; you can simply book and come in. Ascend is for treatments that need ongoing labs and monitoring, like hormone optimization and medical weight loss.
Is Ascend included in my treatment?
For men on hormone therapy, yes; the membership is built into your treatment cost. Weight loss and other ongoing programs pair the membership with your medication. We’ll walk you through exactly what applies to you at your first consultation.
What does the membership cost?
$69.99 per month. Where it’s included in your treatment, you pay nothing additional for it.
What testing is included?
Two comprehensive at-home lab panels each year, covering the full picture your protocol runs on, plus the retesting cadence your treatment requires. Results are reviewed with you and your plan adjusts accordingly.
Are medications included?
Medication management is included: prescriptions, coordination, and refills handled by our team. Medication costs themselves depend on your treatment plan and are laid out clearly before you start.
Can I use my membership at both locations?
Yes. Ascend works at both our Rockville, MD and Reston, VA clinics: same team, same system, whichever is closer.
